PSL for life !!!

Happy SeptemBER!!! Aka sweater weather eve!!! I am so excited that the summer is on its way out. Don’t get me wrong, she cool, but I have a relation with fall. Me and by baby are both November babies, so she’s down with my shenanigans too. Shout out to Starbucks for realizing Sept 1 starts pumpkin spice latte (PSL) season and I'm here for it.

I know it's been a while, told y'all I would do my best to stay current, but they are squeezing all the coins out of me daily. I be TIED when I come home. This year, being back after the COVID shutdown/ virtual teaching era feels..weird. These kids are....different (weird) and I feel like I'm in a weird space. Don't misunderstand, I like the school, admin is hella chill, but either my stamina ain't with the shits or what but I tap out faster than I used to. Mentally, I'm not the same teacher (becoming a mom definitely make me slightly softer than before, I definitely am a tad more empathetic ) but I have to go into self preservation mode around 2:30 everyday to save patience for my own kid.

Did I mention these kids are...different? I had one of my students searched, found and added me as a friend on Snapchat. Whet?!? Why? Lil girl, where's yo mama?🙄

I had to tell my class not to look me up on social medioa because I will block them. Lord!

Anywho, if you're looking for me, I'll be back again soon (hopefully) befor the end of the month.
